The sun is still shining in Gosau, between 18 and 25 degrees every day. Great! But just 55 minutes away by car is the valley station of the Dachstein massif above Ramsau. Right at the mountain station there are two groomed cross-country ski trails, which are not only used by the numerous national teams from various countries for their first snow training, but can also be used by us "normal and amateur cross-country skiers". And with the very best snow and a magnificent panoramic view over the entire Dachstein massif all the way down to Lake Altausee.

Now we're almost waiting for the first snow in Gosau too. A few more days at least, then everything has to be winterised. At 25 degrees it feels a bit strange.
